Nel 1982 fu impiegata dal Ministero della Difesa inglese per trasportare le truppe dell'esercito britannico nella Guerra delle Falkland, insieme ad altre unità civili; rientrò in servizio nell'aprile del 1983.
Nel 1987 è stata allungata di 20,25 m a Seebeckwerft (Bremerhaven).
Il 14.10.2010 è stata posta in sisarmo e venduta per demolizione. Il 01.11.2010 è arrivata ad Alang Bay. Al 08.11.2010 in lista per la demolizione ad Alang Bay.
