INFORMAZIONI STORICHE
Questa unità, fu costruito ad Ancona, ed entrò servizio dal 20 aprile 1939. Essa apparteneva alla classe SOLDATI. Nel 1942 fu installato l'ecogoniometro ed ebbe un potenziamento dell'armamento antiaereo con altre 4 mitragliere da 20/65, di cui un impianto binato al posto dell'obice illuminante sulla tuga centrale e due impianti singoli a poppa. Il 19 aprile 1943, mentre era ormeggiato nel Porto della Spezia, durante un bombardamento inglese, fu colpito da diverse bombe incendiarie, che generarono rapidamente una serie di incendi a bordo e nelle acque circostanti a causa della fuoriuscita della nafta. Una delle bombe colpì il deposito munizioni e saltò in aria, perdendo la poppa e affondò, con la morte di gran parte dell'equipaggio.

This unit was constructed in Ancona, and entered service since April 20, 1939. It belonged to the class Soldiers. Sonar was installed in 1942 and had an enhanced anti-aircraft armament with 4 other guns 20/65, including a twin system in place on roof dell'obice illuminating the center and two single implants at the stern. On 19 April 1943, when she was moored in the Port of La Spezia, during a British bombardment, was hit by several incendiary bombs, which quickly generates a series of fires on board and in the surrounding waters because of the oil spill. One of the bombs struck the ammunition depot was blown up, losing the stern and sank with the death of most of the crew.
