Il 15.0.2007 cinque operai civili sono stati feriti a causa di un esplosione e incendio verificatosi a bordo durante i lavori di manutenzione nel porto di norfolk in Virginia. L'incendio scoppiato due ponti al di sotto ponte principale, è stato rapidamente spento. I feriti sono stati portati a Norfolk General Hospital per il trattamento di ferite non ritenuti pericolosi per la vita.

HISTORICAL INFO

This ship is a Ticonderoga-class guided missile cruiser.
The 15.0.2007 five civilian workers were injured due to an explosion and fire occurred on board during maintenance work in the port of Norfolk, Virginia. The fire broke out two decks below the main deck was quickly extinguished. The injured were taken to Norfolk General Hospital for treatment of injuries not considered life-threatening.
