STORICHE
Il
3 ottobre 2002 quando era denominata ALVA
STAR, entrò in collisione con l'isola di Zante in Grecia,
speronando con il bulbo di prua una scogliera a SE dell'isola. L'incidente
fu causato da un errore umano. Per disincagliare la nave furono sbarcati
150 container e poi fu aiutata a disincagliarsi dal rimorchiatore Mastas
Star. Il disincaglio avvenuto l'11.10.2003 fu effettuato nonostante le
avverse condizioni del mare.

2002 when he was named ALVA
STAR, collided with the island of Zakynthos in Greece, with the
bulbous bow ramming a coral island in SE. The accident was caused by human
error. To refloat the vessel had unloaded 150 containers and then was
helped to refloat the tug Mastas Star. Floating on the 11 .10.2003 happened
was done despite the adverse sea conditions.
