Questa unità fu ceduta dagli USA nel 16.12.1960, (ex MSC - 280) in origine doveva chiamarsi SALICE. Nel 1975 fu il primo dragamine ad essere trasformato in cacciamine.

This unit was sold in the U.S. 16.12.1960, (formerly MSC - 280) was originally to be called WILLOW. In 1975 he was the first to be converted into a minesweeper .
