Nel novembre 2005 durante la navigazione alle Bermuda a causa del cattivo tempo entra in colisione con una barca a vela fortunatamente senza gravi danniper nessuno. Il 03.03.2010 in navigazione da Barcellona a Genova a causa del cattivo tempo e delle pessime condizioni del mare, viene investita da un'onda anomala che infrange i vetri del salone e provoca la morte di due passeggeri.
